Hello, I am Marcelo Noriega. I was born in Peru and my purpose of life is to make Latin America a better place to live. Traveling across different countries and contexts, I have met people from very different backgrounds who, time and again, share the same problems. That shared reality is what drives me to design and build genuinely useful products, and to take on the challenges that matter most in our region, health, education, and urban systems, using technology as a catalyst.

My path has been anything but straight. I have founded ventures, redesigned operations inside a U.S. fintech, advised early-stage startups, and built a university innovation lab from the ground up. Every step has been guided by the same conviction: that good design and smart technology, when applied with purpose, can close the gaps that hold Latin America back.

Today, I work at the intersection of business design, product management, product engineering, agentic AI systems, and business process automation. Right now, I am building Instant Care, a healthtech ecosystem for seniors. In adittion, I have other interests like playing basketball, philosophy, and rock music.
